- Nein. Monatliche Tarife sind monatlich kündbar. Jahrestarife laufen 12 Monate und verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht 30 Tage vor Ablauf gekündigt wird.
- Wo werden meine Daten gespeichert?
- Alle Daten liegen auf Servern in Frankfurt (EU-FRA1). Wir schließen AV-Verträge mit allen Dienstleistern.
- Was sind KI-Credits?
- KI-Credits sind Verbrauchseinheiten für generative KI-Funktionen. Sie werden monatlich gutgeschrieben und können bei Bedarf aufgestockt werden. Credits verfallen am Monatsende, sofern kein Rollover-Add-on gebucht wurde.
- Welche Zahlungsmethoden akzeptieren Sie?
- Kreditkarte (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) und SEPA-Lastschrift. Überweisung auf Anfrage ab Studio.
No cash-out. Credits are spent within the platform only — §2(1) no. 10 a/b ZAG (Limited Network Exemption).
The credit wallet is capped at €250 per user and €250 per 30 days. Total platform turnover remains below €1 million per 12 months. No redemption for cash or external payment instruments.
Subscriptions: 14-day right of withdrawal under §355 BGB from the date of contract. For immediate access to digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses upon express consent before execution (§356(5) BGB). Details in the Cancellation policy.
