Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

For a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium (e.g. credit packs, plug-ins, instantly unlocked features), the right of withdrawal expires under Section 356 (5) BGB once we have begun performance of the contract, after you have expressly consented to us starting performance before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance.

Once use of digital content begins, the right of withdrawal expires under Section 356 (5) BGB, provided you have given prior express consent.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

For subscriptions (e.g. Starter, Pro, Studio, Agency), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected, since subscriptions do not represent a complete one-time consumption of digital content within the meaning of Section 356 (5) BGB.
