You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

Lapse of right of withdrawal for digital content
The right of withdrawal lapses for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§356(5) BGB).

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
